- 1 lb. beef tenderloin
- 3 Tbsp. cooking oil
- 1 1/2 c. sliced mushrooms
- 1/2 c. dry sherry
- 1/4 c. beef broth
- 1 c. dairy sour cream
- hot cooked noodles
- 1/2 tsp. salt
Directions

1Cut beef tenderloin into strips.

2In oil in heated skillet, brown meat 2 to 4 minutes.

3Remove meat from skillet.

4Add sliced mushrooms; cook 2 to 3 minutes.

5Remove mushrooms.

6Add sherry and beef broth; bring to boil.

7Cook, uncovered, until liquid is reduced to 1/3.

8Stir in sour cream and salt.

9Stir in meat and mushrooms.

10Cook slowly until heated through; do not boil.

11Serve over noodles.
