- 1 1/2 to 2 lb. sirloin steak
- 1/4 c. margarine
- 1 large can sliced mushrooms
- 1 large onion
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 8 oz. sour cream
- 16 oz. small curd cottage cheese
- 1 can beef broth
Directions

1Cut steak into thin strips and brown in butter. Remove.

2Brown chopped onion and mushrooms.

3Return meat to skillet.

4Add chicken soup, sour cream and cottage cheese. Add 1 can beef broth. Cook slowly for 1 hour.

5If desired, thicken with cornstarch.
