  • 1 1/2 lb. tenderloin tips, cut in 2-inch strips
  • 1/4 c. butter
  • 1/4 lb. fresh mushrooms or small can
  • 3 Tbsp. flour
  • 2 (10 oz.) cans beef broth
  • 1/2 c. white wine
  • 2 Tbsp. vinegar
  • 1/2 c. sour cream

Directions

    Saute tips in butter; add flour and brown.

    Add hot beef stock and bring to a boil.

    Remove from heat.

    Reduce wine and vinegar to 1/2 and add to above.
