- 1/4 c. butter
- 1/4 lb. fresh mushrooms or small can
- 3 Tbsp. flour
- 2 (10 oz.) cans beef broth
- 1/2 c. white wine
- 2 Tbsp. vinegar
- 1/2 c. sour cream
Directions

1Saute tips in butter; add flour and brown.

2Add hot beef stock and bring to a boil.

3Remove from heat.

4Reduce wine and vinegar to 1/2 and add to above.
