- 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1 (8 oz.) jar sliced mushrooms, drained
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 1/2 c. water
- 2 beef bouillon cubes
- 3 Tbsp. ketchup
- 1/8 tsp. garlic salt
- 2 to 3 Tbsp. flour
- 1/2 c. water
- 1/2 bag cooked egg noodles
- 1 (16 oz.) sour cream
Directions

1Melt butter in skillet.

2Add mushrooms and onions.

3Cook until onions are tender.

4Remove from heat.

5Brown ground beef; drain. Add 1 1/2 cups water, bouillon cubes, ketchup and garlic salt. Cook over low heat and simmer for 15 minutes.

6Mix 1/4 cup water and flour; mix well.

7Stir into meat mixture.

8Will thicken fast. If too thick, add a little water.

9Add mushrooms and onions.

10Heat to a boil, stirring constantly.

11Stir in sour cream and heat thoroughly.

12Serve over egg noodles.
