- 2 lb. top sirloin steak, cut thick
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 2 Tbsp. onion, chopped
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1/2 c. dry sherry wine
- 1/4 tsp. each: salt and pepper
- 2 lb. mushrooms, sliced
- 1 pt. sour cream
- 2 Tbsp. tomato paste
- 1 tsp. paprika
- 1 clove garlic, minced
Directions

1Pre-fry mushrooms until half done, then add sour cream, tomato paste, paprika and the garlic.

2Cut meat across the grain in squares (approximately 1-inch).

3Heat meat with butter and onion in skillet until meat is slightly brown.

4Stir in flour; add sherry.

5Cook, stirring constantly, until sauce boils and thickens.

6Season with salt and pepper.
