  • 1 lb. round steak, sliced into bite size (2 to 3-inches long by 1-inch wide)
  • 1 (3 oz.) can boiled and sliced mushrooms
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 1 pkg. onion soup mix
  • 2/3 c. water
  • 2 Tbsp. flour

    Tenderize meat; brown steak quickly in 3 tablespoons oil.

    Add mushrooms, onion soup and water.

    Bring to boil.

    Mix sour cream and flour.

    Add to meat and simmer until sauce is thick.
