  • 1 to 1 1/2 lb. round steak, cut in cubes
  • 3 Tbsp. flour
  • 1/2 c. onion, chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 (6 oz.) can mushrooms (save liquid)
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 1 can tomato soup
  • 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 6 or 8 drops Tabasco
  • dash of pepper
