Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lb. sliced round steak, cut into thin strips
  • 1/4 c. flour (dust on meat)
  • pepper (lightly)
  • 1/4 c. butter
  • 1/2 c. chopped onion
  • 1 c. (4 oz.) mushrooms, drained
  • 1 small clove garlic, minced
  • 1 can beef broth
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 8 oz. noodles, cooked

Directions

    Brown meat in butter.

    Remove meat from skillet and saute chopped onion, mushrooms and garlic.

    Brown lightly.

    Stir in beef broth, cover and simmer 1 hour or until meat is tender.

    Stir occasionally.

    When done, gradually stir in sour cream and cook over low heat for 5 minutes.

    Serve over cooked noodles.
