- 2 lb. round steak
- 3 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1 large onion, finely chopped
- 1/2 lb. mushrooms, sliced
- 1 Tbsp. tomato paste
- 1 Tbsp. flour
- 1/2 c. water mixed with 1 beef bouillon cube
- salt and pepper
- 1 pt. sour cream
- Mueller's wide noodles
Directions

1Cut meat into quarter-inch cubes.

2Brown meat in olive oil. Then put onions and mushrooms in and saute them.

3Put tomato paste over that.

4Sprinkle flour over mixture, blend well.

5Add bouillon mixture, season to taste with salt and pepper.

6Cover and let meat cook until tender, about 2 hours.

7Five to 10 minutes before serving, add sour cream and Mueller's wide noodles.
