- 2 lb. round steak (thin)
- 3 Tbsp. flour
- 1 c. onion, chopped
- 1/3 c. butter
- 2-6 oz. cans mushrooms or an 8-12 oz. pkg fresh
- 2 c. beef bouillon
- 3/4 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. minced garlic
- 1 tsp. kitchen bouquet
- 2 tsp. worcestershire sauce
- 1 c. sour cream
Directions

1Melt butter; add onions, garlic and mushrooms, cook until onions are transparent; remove.

2Fry steak in same pan until brown. Remove meat.

3Make sauce in pan with salt and flour.

4Add bouillon and sour cream, stir until thick on medium heat.

5Add worcestershire sauce and kitchen bouquet.

6Serve on bed of egg noodles or rice.
