- 1 Tbsp. butter
- 2 lb. sirloin steak, cut into thin strips
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 2 beef bouillon cubes
- 1/2 c. water
- 1 (10 1/2 oz.) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 1 (4 oz.) can mushroom stems and pieces, undrained
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1 c. dairy sour cream
Directions

1Preheat 10-inch skillet over medium heat for 3 minutes.

3Add steak slices and onion.
