- 1 1/2 lb. sirloin or flank
- 1 Tbsp. oil
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- onion
- 1 (5 1/2 oz.) can mushrooms, sliced
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 c. sour cream
- 3 Tbsp. catsup
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 c. water
- 2 Tbsp. flour and 1/4 c. water for thickening
Directions

1Cut beef into thin slices and brown in hot oil in a skillet. Remove meat.

2Add onion and garlic and cook until onion is golden. Add the remaining ingredients and meat.

3Simmer until done. Lastly, add the thickening and the sour cream.

4Serve over rice or cooked noodles.
