- 2 lb. round steak
- salt and pepper
- flour
- 4 cans cream of chicken soup
- 4 cans cream of mushroom soup
- 2 Tbsp. parsley flakes
- rice or noodles
- 4 c. sour cream
- 2 Tbsp. chives
- onion
Directions

1Cut steak into bite-size pieces, making sure to cut all fat off.

2Tenderize, salt, pepper and flour meat.

3Brown the meat and 1/2 of onion, chopped.

4Drain off grease.

5Combine soups and sour cream; add to mixture.

6Mix chives and parsley flakes into mixture and heat slowly for an hour (or longer, if needed).

7It can simmer several hours without hurting it.

8Pour over rice or noodles. Serves 12.
