  • 12 cup honey
  • 13 cup almond butter
  • 12 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 18 teaspoon sea salt
  • 12 teaspoon almond extract
  • 2 cups quinoa
  • 12 cup coarsely chopped toasted walnuts

Directions

    Combine honey, almond butter, cinnamon, and almond extract until well blended.

    Stir in walnuts and quinoa flakes until just combined.

    Press mixture into 8 inch pan, lined with foil.

    Refrigerate for 30 minutes.

    Using foil, lift mixture from pan and cut into 8 bars.
