  • 1 lb. lean ground beef or thinly sliced sirloin tips
  • 1 lb. fresh mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 large sweet onion, sliced
  • 1/2 pt. sour cream
  • 2 beef bouillon cubes, dissolved in 1 c. hot water
  • 1 c. (or more) red wine or sherry
  • 1 Tbsp. Gravy Master
  • 1 tsp. garlic salt
  • pepper to taste

Directions

    Brown beef or sirloin in margarine or butter.

    Add mushrooms and onions until browned.

    Then add all rest of ingredients, except sour cream.

    Simmer 30 minutes.

    Slowly add sour cream, stirring constantly.

    Do not boil.
