- 1 stick margarine (1/2 c.)
- 1 medium onion
- 1 lb. beef cubes
- 2 cans beef broth
- 1 can mushrooms
- 1 pt. sour cream (8 oz.)
- noodles, cooked
- 1 c. flour
Directions

1Cook onion in butter until transparent.

2Add mushrooms.

3Slice beef thin and roll in flour.

4Add to onion and mushrooms and any remaining flour.

5Let this brown 5 to 10 minutes over medium heat. Add beef broth.

6Cook 1 hour.

7Keep checking to avoid sticking. Remove from heat and add sour cream and cooked noodles.
