- 2 lb. chuck steak, cut in strips
- 1 Tbsp. butter
- 1 can drained mushrooms
- 1 medium onion
- 1 can tomato sauce
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire
- 1 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 2 Tbsp. cold water
- 1 c. sour cream
- salt to taste
Directions

1Brown meat in butter.

2Add tomato sauce, salt, pepper and Worcestershire sauce.

3Cover and simmer until meat is tender.

4Mix cornstarch and water until smooth.

5Stir into meat mixture.

6Cover and cook 10 more minutes, stirring to keep from sticking.

7Cool slightly and stir in sour cream.

8Serve over flat noodles.
