  • 4 to 6 lb. beef brisket
  • 2 Tbsp. liquid smoke
  • 1 tsp. onion salt
  • 1 tsp. garlic salt
  • 1 tsp. celery seed
  • 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce

Directions

    Rub liquid smoke and seasoned salt on meat.

    Wrap tightly in foil and refrigerate overnight.

    The next day, add Worcestershire sauce and place in 250° oven in tightly wrapped foil for 5 hours. Allow no steam to escape.

    Slice and serve with Barbecue Sauce.
