- 2 Tbsp. liquid smoke
- 1 tsp. onion salt
- 1 tsp. garlic salt
- 1 tsp. celery seed
- 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
Directions

1Rub liquid smoke and seasoned salt on meat.

2Wrap tightly in foil and refrigerate overnight.

3The next day, add Worcestershire sauce and place in 250° oven in tightly wrapped foil for 5 hours. Allow no steam to escape.

4Slice and serve with Barbecue Sauce.
