- 2 lb. tenderized round steak, cut into slices
- 1/2 c. oleo
- 1/2 c. flour
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 c. beef broth
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 pt. sour cream (optional)
- 1 pkg. egg noodles
Directions

1I use an electric skillet on medium.

2Dust steak with fork; brown in oleo with mushrooms and onions.

3Add broth, soup, salt and pepper.

4Cook, covered, until meat is tender, adding water as needed.

5Mix with cooked egg noodles; put into a large casserole dish.

6You can add sour cream right before serving if you desire.
