- 2 lb. beef tenderloin
- 1/4 c. margarine
- 1 (6 oz.) can sliced mushrooms
- 2 (10 1/2 oz.) cans condensed beef broth (bouillon)
- 1/3 c. instant minced onions
- 1/4 c. catsup
- 1 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
- 1/3 c. flour
- 2 c. dairy sour cream
- 8 to 10 oz. medium noodles
- 3 Tbsp. margarine
Directions

1Cut meat in 3/4 inch slices.

2Melt 1/4 cup margarine in skillet then saute mushrooms for 5 minutes.

3Remove mushrooms.

4In same skillet brown meat.

5Reserve 2/3 cup broth, stir in remaining broth, onion, catsup and garlic salt.

6Cover and simmer 15 minutes.

7Blend remaining broth with flour; stir into meat.

8Add mushrooms; heat to boil, stirring constantly.

9Boil 1 minute. Stir in sour cream and heat through.

10Cook noodles as directed.
