  • 1 c. quick cooking grits
  • 4 c. boiling salted water
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 2 sticks butter
  • 1 roll garlic cheese
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 2 eggs, beaten

Directions

    Cook grits by directions on box.

    Add butter and cheese while hot.

    Stir until melted; blend well then add milk and eggs beaten in milk.

    Add milk and egg mixture to grits.

    Bake in buttered 6 x 10-inch casserole dish at 325° for 45 minutes.
