- 1 lb. round steak
- 2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
- 1 medium onion, chopped fine
- 1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. egg noodles
- seasoning to taste
- 1 small carton sour cream
Directions

1Trim all fat from steak.

2Cut into bite-size cubes.

3Melt butter in skillet.

4Cook steak and onion slowly until done.

5Add soup; heat until hot and bubbly.

6Meanwhile, prepare egg noodles according to package directions.

7Drain and add to steak mixture. Add sour cream and serve.
