- 1 lb. (1/2-inch thick) sirloin steak
- 2 Tbsp. margarine
- 1/2 lb. mushrooms, sliced
- 1 onion, minced
- 1 (10 1/2 oz.) can beef broth
- 2 Tbsp. catsup
- 1 tsp. salt
- 3 Tbsp. flour
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
Directions

1Cut meat across the grain into 1/2-inch strips 1 1/2 to 2 inches long.

2Melt margarine in skillet and cook onion and mushrooms until tender.

3Remove and cook meat until browned. Reserving 1/3 cup of the broth.

4Stir remaining broth, catsup, garlic and salt into the meat.

5Simmer 15 minutes.

6Blend reserved broth with flour, stir into meat.

7Add mushrooms and onion.

8Heat to boiling.

9Stir in sour cream and serve over noodles.
