Beef Stroganoff

  • 1 round steak or 2 lb. ground beef
  • 2 small cans mushrooms, drained or can use fresh
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 3 cans beef broth
  • 1 stick butter
  • 10 Tbsp. flour
  • 1/4 c. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 c. sour cream

    Tenderize steak.

    Cut

    strips 1/4 inch wide and 1 to 2 inches long.

    Brown in 1/2 of butter.

    Set aside.

    Saute onions and mushrooms in remaining butter.

    Stir in flour.

    Add juice from meat

    and broth one at a time.

    Add Worcestershire sauce.
