- 4 Tbsp. margarine
- 1 can consomme soup
- 1 tsp. dry mustard
- 1 (8 oz.) sour cream
- 2 Tbsp. catsup
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 large can mushrooms
Directions

1Cut steak into bite size pieces; place in bowl.

2Salt and pepper to taste.

3Place in refrigerator for 2 hours.

4Brown flour with butter; gradually add beef consomme soup.

5Add mustard, sour cream and catsup.
