- 2 lb. beef tenderloin or sirloin, cut, sliced or cubed
- 1/4 lb. butter or margarine
- 1 to 2 c. sour cream
- beef stock (Spice Island)
- 1/2 to 1 c. water
- salt/pepper to taste
- flour
Directions

1Shake pieces of meat in bag with flour, salt and pepper. Brown meat in butter and add stock that is mixed with water; simmer 20 to 30 minutes.

2Stir in sour cream and heat thoroughly. Serve over rice or noodles.
