  • 1 1/2 lb. round steak or London broil
  • 8 oz. pkg. fresh mushrooms
  • 2 white minced onions
  • 2 c. beef bouillon (2 cubes in 2 c. water)
  • 2 c. sour cream
  • 1/3 c. flour
  • 2/3 c. ketchup
  • 1 bag noodles

Directions

    Simmer meat in 1/2 of bouillon for 15 minutes.

    Add veggies with lid on.

    Mix the rest of bouillon with flour and then mix with meat mixture.

    Add sour cream.

    Pour over noodles.
