Beef Stroganoff

- 1/2 lb. mushrooms or 1 jar
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1/4 c. butter
- 1 large piece round steak
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 tsp. beef bouillon, in 2 c. boiling water
- 1 container sour cream
- 2 Tbsp. flour
Directions

1Saute mushrooms and onion in butter.

2Remove from pan.

3Remove fat and bone from steak and cut into bite size pieces.

4Put flour in bag.

5Add meat to coat, then brown meat in 2 tablespoons butter.

6After meat has browned good, add dissolved bouillon to pan and simmer for 1 hour or more. Add mushrooms, onion and sour cream and heat until all is warm.

7Serve over rice or noodles.
