Ingredients
- 2 lb. sirloin steak, sliced into 2-inch long strips
- 1 medium sliced onion
- 1/3 c. butter
- 1 1/2 c. beef bouillon
- 1/2 c. dry red wine
- 1/2 lb. mushrooms
- 1 c. sour cream
- 3 Tbsp. tomato paste
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Directions

1Coat steak strips with mixture of flour, salt and pepper. Brown meat and onion in 1/3 cup butter.

2Add beef bouillon and red wine and allow to simmer for 30 minutes.

3While meat is simmering, cook sliced mushrooms in 3 tablespoons butter until soft.

4When meat is tender, remove from heat.

5Add mushrooms and stir. Combine sour cream, tomato paste and Worcestershire sauce and gradually add to meat and mushrooms.

6Put back on heat and simmer. Do not boil.

7Serve with rice.
