- 1 lb. round steak, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 8 oz. sour cream
- 1/2 medium onion, chopped
- 1 1/2 c. water
- 1 tsp. cooking oil
- 1 envelope Lipton onion and mushroom soup mix
- 8 oz. pkg. egg noodles, cooked
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Brown cubed steak with chopped onion until onion is tender and meat is browned on all sides.

2Add water and simmer covered for 5 minutes.

3Stir in soup mix and sour cream, salt and pepper.

4Cook until thickened.

5Serve over egg noodles.
