- 4 Tbsp. flour
- 1 lb. beef sirloin cubed or round steak
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1-3 oz. can of cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1 clove garlic or garlic powder
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1-2 Tbsp. tomato paste
- 1 1/4 c. beef broth
- 1 c. dairy sour cream
- 2 Tbsp. dry cooking Sherry
- 6 oz. noodles
Directions

1Combine 1 Tbsp. flour and 1/2 tsp. salt.

2Coat meat with mixture.

3Heat skillet with 2 Tbsp. butter; add meat.

4Cook round steak or sirloin for about 20 minutes.

5Add cream of mushroom soup, onion and garlic.

6Cook until onion is about half done, 3-4 minutes and put into bowl.

7In pan, add 2 Tbsp. butter, 3 Tbsp. flour and paste.

8Stir in cold beef broth.

9Cook and stir over medium heat until thick and bubbly, return the browned meat and other ingredients.

10Cook for 5 minutes.

11Stir in sour cream and wine. Cook slowly till heated and serve over noodles.
