- 1 to 1 1/4 lb. beef round steak, cut into thin strips (3/4 x 2-inches)
- 1/4 c. flour
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- dash of pepper
- 1/4 c. butter
- 1/2 c. onion, chopped
- 1 can (4 oz.) mushrooms, drained
- 1 can (10 1/2 oz.) beef broth
- 2 tsp. Worcestershire
- 1 Tbsp. catsup
- 1 c. sour cream
- chow mein noodles
Directions

1Dredge meat in blended flour, garlic salt, salt and pepper. Reserve extra flour mixture.

2Brown meat in butter, then add onions and mushrooms.

3Cook until tender and browned.

4Stir in 2 tablespoons reserved flour.

5Gradually add broth, Worcestershire and catsup, stirring until boiling.

6Add sour cream, heat well. Serve over noodles.
