- 8 oz. pkg. egg noodles
- butter or margarine
- 1 to 1 1/2 lb. beef top round steak
- 1 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp. dry mustard
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 2 (4 to 6 oz.) cans mushrooms
- 1 small onion, minced
- 1/2 c. sour cream
- chopped parsley (for garnish)
Directions

1Prepare noodles as label directs.

3Stir in 2 tablespoons butter.

5Cut round steak lengthwise in half, then with knife held in slanting position, almost parallel to the cutting surface, slice across width of each half into 1/8-inch thick slices.
