  • 1 lb chuck roast cubed
  • 3 cups beef broth
  • 1 lb mushrooms
  • 8 oz onions, diced
  • 1 T. flour
  • 12 oz sour cream
  • 1 t. paprika
  • 1/2 t. mustard
  • noodles

Directions

    1) brown the meat for 2 minutes with mushrooms.

    2) brown mushrooms(or soak in hot water if using dried mushrooms prior to browning)

    3) pour beef broth and simmer for 4-8 hours

    5) after the meat is tender and the noodles are ready, stir in sour cream.
