  • 1 1/2 sirloin steak
  • 1 cup of sour cream
  • 1/2 cup beer
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 package of beef stroganoff mix

    Saute beef until brown

    Add water & beer to meat

    Cover & Simmer for hour

    Prepare noodles according to pkg

    Cover and simmer 10 mins (if it gets to dry add some water)

    Add sour cream to meat warm up
