  • 3 lb. round steak, cut into thin strips
  • 3 tsp. salt
  • 2 tsp. mustard
  • 1 large onion, minced
  • 1 lb. mushrooms, cleaned and sliced
  • 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 3 small cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 can beef bouillon (optional)
  • 1 can tomato soup
  • 1/2 soup can water (more with bouillon)
  • 1/3 c. Wesson oil
  • 2 c. sour cream

Directions

    Brown onions and garlic in oil; add mushrooms.

    Sprinkle meat with 4 tablespoons flour and brown.

    Add soup, water and seasonings.

    Put in 300° oven for 1 hour.

    Remove.

    Add sour cream.

    Serve on rice or noodles.
