  • 1.5 lb beef, cubed (rump roast or round steak)
  • 2 tablespoons olive, coconut, or grapeseed oil
  • 1/2 onion, chopped
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • Approx. 12 oz sour cream
  • 1/4 cup flour

Directions

    Salt and pepper the beef and roll in 1/2 cup flour. Brown in oil. Add in onion and add water until beef and onion covered. Simmer for 1-1/2 hours.

    Mix sour cream and 1/4 cup flour together, add to beef mixture. Heat until almost boiling.
