  • 3 lbs steak
  • 4 Tbsp flour
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 larg chopped onion
  • 0.5 cup sour cream
  • small can of mushrooms and juice
  • 3 beef bouillion cubes dissolved in 3 cups boiling water

Directions

    Cut steak in stips cross grain and saute till slight pink

    and season with salt and pepper

    add chopped onion to pan
  4. 4
    sprinkle in flour stir fry 10min
  5. 5
    add mushrooms and juice
  6. 6
    add bouillion cubes with water cook very slowly 1.5 hours
  7. 7
    add sour cream if desired and cook 10 mins longer
  8. 8
    serve with rice or noodles
