- 14 cup butter
- 1 lb stewing beef
- 1 onion
- 12 ounces sliced mushrooms
- 2 cups beef stock
- 14 cup Worcestershire sauce
- 2 cups sour cream
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- water
- 8 ounces egg noodles
- salt
- pepper
Directions

1Melt butter in large skillet.

2Brown stew meat and onions until onions are translucent.

3Add mushrooms and cook until mushrooms are softened.

4Add beef stock and worchestershire and bring to a boil.

5Reduce to a simmer and add sour cream.

6Simmer 5 minutes.

7If the sause has not thickened mix cornstrach and water and slowly whisk into sauce.

8Prepare egg noddles in separate pot according to package direction.

9Drain and add to sauce.

10Salt and Pepper to taste.
