Beef-Stuffed Peppers

- 4 large green peppers
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
- 1 (8 3/4 oz.) can whole kernel corn, drained
- 2 tsp. chili powder
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 c. (2 oz.) shredded Cheddar cheese
Directions

1Cut off tops of peppers; remove seeds.

2Cook peppers 5 minutes in boiling water; drain.

3Cook ground beef and onion in large skillet until brown; drain well.

4Stir in tomato sauce and next 3 ingredients.

5Stuff peppers with meat sauce mixture; place in a baking dish.

6Bake at 350° for 15 minutes.

7Sprinkle top with cheese.

8Bake an additional 5 minutes.
