  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 can Campbell's Condensed Tomato Soup
  • 1 cup PACE thick & Chunky Salsa or
  • Picante Sauce
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 8 corn tortillas (6 in) or 6 wheat tortillas (8 in), torn into 1 inch pieces
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (4 oz), divided

Directions

    In med. skillet over med-hi heat, cook beef until browned, stirring to separate. Pour off fat.

    Add soup, salsa, milk, tortillas, and half of the cheese. Stir and spoon into 2-quart shallow baking dish. Cover.

    Bake at 400° for 30-40 min. or until hot. Sprinkle with remaining chees.
