Ingredients

  • 1 unbaked pie shell
  • 4 slices bacon
  • 1/2 onion
  • 5 oz. milk
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 c. Cheddar cheese

Directions

    Cook bacon crisp and crumble.

    Cook onion in bacon fat.

    Mix eggs, milk, salt, pepper, chives or parsley and cooked onion together.

    Pour into pie shell and sprinkle bacon and cheese on top.

    Bake at 350° for 20 to 25 minutes or until real firm.
