Ingredients

  • 1 tsp. finely chopped ginger or 1/2 tsp. ginger powder
  • 1 small clove garlic, finely chopped
  • 1 small onion, chopped finely
  • 2 tsp. sugar
  • 2 1/2 Tbsp. soy sauce
  • 1/3 c. water
  • 8 oz. steaks, cut in strips 1/4 inch thick

    Combine all ingredients but the steaks and mix well.

    Marinate overnight in refrigerator.
