- 2 lbs sirloin steaks, thinly sliced
- 1 tablespoon finely chopped ginger
- 1 medium finely chopped onion
- 2 cloves finely chopped garlic
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 12 cup soy sauce
- 14 cup water
Directions

1Make a sauce from ginger root, garlic, onion, sugar, soy sauce and water.

4Spread beef out on a shallow pan and broil 3-5 minutes on each side.
