- 2/3 c. soy sauce
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 2 Tbsp. chopped green onion
- dash of ginger
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 Tbsp. oil
- 2 lb. sirloin tip roast
Directions

1Combine all ingredients and marinate beef in it.

2Freeze the sirloin tip roast slightly.

3Then as it thaws, slice very thin. Marinate the sliced beef in the sauce at least 1 hour, preferably overnight.

4Grill 10 to 15 minutes.
