  • 3 lb. stew beef
  • 1 tsp. celery salt and garlic salt
  • 1/4 c. tomato paste
  • 1/4 tsp. cloves
  • flour (for coating)
  • 1 tsp. allspice
  • 3 Tbsp. vinegar
  • salt and pepper
  • 1/4 tsp. red pepper
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 5 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 3 c. bouillon

Directions

    Add salt and pepper to flour before coating meat. Saute beef coated in flour in a small amount of cooking oil. Add red, pepper, cloves, onions, allspice, Worcestershire sauce and bouillon. Bake at 350° for 2 to 3 hours.
