Ingredients

  • 3 lb. round steak, cut in pieces (do not brown meat)
  • 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 soup can red wine
  • 1/2 lb. or 1 large jar mushrooms
  • 1 pkg. instant dry onion soup

Directions

    Mix all ingredients, except beef.

    When thoroughly mixed, add beef.

    Put in covered casserole dish.

    Bake at 325° for about 2 1/2 to 3 hours.

    Serve over rice or noodles.
