Beef Tips With Noodles

  • 1lb Beef tips
  • 1lb sliced fresh mushrooms
  • Olive Oil for pan
  • 1/4 c. red wine
  • Onion Soup Mix 1 packet
  • 1/2 c. water or beef broth
  • 1 Tbs minced garlic
  • 2 Tbs Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1/4 Heavy Cream
  • 2 tbs cornstartch (optional) with 1/4 cold water
  • Salt
  • Peper
  • Cooked egg noodles

Directions

    1. Heat dutch oven with oil and add mushrooms, salt and pepper. Cook until they release moisture.

    2. Add Beef Tips and garlic. Brown with Mushrooms.

    3. Add wine and cook off a bit.

    4. Add Soup Mix, water and Worcestershire
  5. 5
    5. Cook low on stove, covered for 1.5 hours or until meat is very tender.

    6. Turn heat up and add cream. If it doesn't thicken add corn starch.

    7. Serve over cooked egg noodles
