- 2 Tbsp. minced onion
- 1 Tbsp. parsley flakes
- 1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
- 3 c. water
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 tsp. chili powder
- 1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms and liquid
- 1 (7 oz.) pkg. macaroni
Directions

1Brown beef.

2Pour off fat.

3Add onion, parsley flakes, tomato paste, water, salt, chili powder and mushrooms.

4Bring to boil. Reduce heat.

5Add macaroni and bring again to boil.

6Cover; reduce heat and simmer, stirring occasionally, 20 to 25 minutes or until macaroni is tender.
