- 1 lb. ground beef
- 2 to 3 large potatoes
- 4 to 6 carrots
- 1 small onion
- 1 can tomato soup
Directions

1Cook beef in frying pan so it is cooked but not browned. Place in casserole dish (3-quart), then put in a layer of sliced potatoes, a layer of sliced carrots, a layer of cooked meat and a little of chopped onion.

2Repeat layers again and again.

3Lastly, add 1 can undiluted can of tomato soup.

4Put on cover.

5Bake at 350° for 1 hour.

6Take off.

7Cover and bake 10 minutes more.
